Feature Requests

As a user of multiple elastic nodes, when I go to my billing page, I expect to see a table view that shows my usage statistics across all active nodes on a single page/table.

It would be good to have the ability to add multiple emails that will receive invoices and receipts of payments. Tying this to a personal email account doesn't work well in larger organizations.

It would be great to pay for plan in BTC, ETC or other coins

Where can I download the invoice?
